We want every homeowner who reaches Bedroomcomic Tree Service to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to make a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

• The way your personal information was handled
• Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
• The behavior of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If you have a problem with tree work on your property, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

Still, please let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Keep in mind that Bedroomcomic Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@bedroomcomic.garden and include:

• Your name and how to reach you
• The date you contacted us or the provider
• The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
• The provider's name, if you know it
• A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Unhappy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state consumer protection office, your state attorney general or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed contractors, a state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
